Welcome

You found here a space where
quality,
care, values, and purpose, guide youth work across Europe.

The Constellation is a living, informal network of professionals and organizations connected by trust, friendship, and a shared commitment to the quality of European Youth Work.

We develop training courses where learning, care, and creativity continuously meet. Whether you are a volunteer, a youth worker, or a mentor, we invite you to join an educational experience designed to inspire your agency, participation, and long-term engagement.

What is a Constellation Training Like?

We bring our values to life directly in the way we design and facilitate our international activities. We strive to reshape how learning is designed and facilitated—making it more reflective, inclusive, and human.

When you step into a Constellation training course, you can expect an approach that is:

  • Horizontal & Co-Creative: Your unique background, skills, and context matter. We treat participants as “diverse stars,” creating a collaborative space where everyone learns from one another, and meaning is built together.
  • Intentional & Reflective: We prioritize depth over expansion and quality over quantity. Our trainings ensure you the time and the safety to deeply reflect, question, and internalize your learning.
  • Human-Centered & Caring: The Constellation is a relational space where learning, care, and creativity blend together. We prioritize your well-being, energy, and joy, ensuring a supportive environment where you can truly connect with others.
  • Experiential & Impact-Driven: By connecting experience, creativity, and innovation, we offer practical non-formal learning methods. You will experience the tools firsthand so you can confidently use them to strengthen your impact back home.
